Have you ever encountered Mukhias talking about lesson plans? This and more has been made possible by the momentum built through PRADAN’s long association with the SHGs; a momentum that has been well leveraged through PRADAN’s partnership with Anode. Anode has added professional Organisation Development understanding and has provided structured training, programme management expertise and monitoring tools. There is something exceptional happening through this partnership. Local governance is experiencing a phenomenal transformation.

Kartik Varma
Piramal Foundation
Sonali and Ajith have been trusted thought partners in some of our most strategic initiatives. The team brings a rare combination of deep insight, passion, collaboration, and humility. We have enjoyed our partnership in building Bharat and look forward to creating even greater impact together.

Madhu Khetan
PRADAN
Anode has contributed to building a systematic engagement with panchayats in PRADAN through their Gram Panchayat Organisation Development framework. We have seen shifts in thought, behaviour, systems, and processes in panchayats, towards enabling access to services and collaborating with citizen-based organisations such as self-help groups. Anode has been instrumental in skilling our teams with technical knowledge and scaling our work with panchayats to several districts in Jharkhand.

S.M. Vijayanand
Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of India
Anode’s Gram Panchayat Organisation Development (GPOD) Framework is a real path-breaker. GPOD emphasises gram panchayat as an organisation. It accepts the different realities of devolution in each state and attempts to contextualise the framework so that it is eminently practical and doable. It is one of the most significant initiatives after the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP).

Ramachandra Rao Pappu
Executive Director, Mission Samriddhi
Mission Samriddhi and Anode Governance Lab have been working together since 2018 on different engagements. Anode has a deep understanding of legal frameworks as well as local government systems and has been instrumental in building a structured methodology for strengthening institutional capacities of panchayats to deliver their mandates across devolved subjects. Anode’s inputs in the area of Organisation Development of PRI have been greatly appreciated and acknowledged in the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan.
