Ronith is a development professional with experience in action research, policy advocacy, and talent management. At Anode Governance Lab, he strengthens grassroots governance supporting partners across India.
Previously, Ronith managed multi-thematic teams to implement DAY-NRLM’s multi-department convergence model, engaged 23,000+ youth in education and skill-building, and led a seed-to-market initiative for 50,000+ farmers. He has also designed impact assessments, facilitated system-thinking workshops, and written on philanthropy for inclusive development.
Ronith holds a Master’s degree in Development, Agriculture, and Rural & Tribal Development from Azim Premji University and a B.Sc. from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University.
Outside of work, he is passionate about strategy, research, and designing innovative interventions for social impact.
