Anode undertakes studies to evaluate impact of projects from perspectives of technical, legal and actual status on ground. We evaluate programs against their stated objectives, conducting detailed document study, field visits and meeting key stakeholders linked to the project. With our understanding of organisation development principles and government institutions, we are able to view the projects from a holistic lens and provide recommendations to ensure effectiveness of project teams and structures, as well as towards pursuing sustainability through alignment with government institutions and systems.
